MIAM GmbH receives funding for the project "Calculation and Design of Spectacle Blind Valves of Large Nominal Diameter," short title: "Line Blind Valve," from the European Social Fund as part of the Saxony-Anhalt Knowledge and Technology Transfer Promotion program.
With external assistance, the successfully market-established product development INNO-BLIND (small nominal diameters, manual operation) is to be elevated to a technically new level within this project and developed with a new technical solution for pipelines of NW 1200, ND 16 (Nominal Width 1200, Nominal Pressure 16).
By integrating an external expert and experienced consultant with proven competence in the fields of automation and intellectual property rights, know-how will be brought into the company. Furthermore, this temporary capacity expansion will ensure the demanding task is solved quickly and with high quality.
